What Can I Return?
- Order Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. That’s why we allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will be processed, and we’ll begin crafting your beautiful pieces.
- Returns: We’re committed to ensuring you love every item you purchase from Kajal Kunal. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if an item arrives damaged, you can return it as long as it’s unused and in brand-new condition. However, please note that pre-ordered products, customized items, and bridal wear (like Bridal Lehenga or Gown) are non-returnable.
- Exchanges and COD: To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. Also, please note that we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
VAT and Custom Duties
- For Our Indian Clients: All prices on our website include GST, so there are no surprises at checkout.
- For Our International Clients: Please be aware that duties, customs fees, and any local taxes are your responsibility. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid to release your order from customs.
Shipment Delays
- Unexpected Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as festivals, holidays, or other unforeseen events. During such times, we won’t be able to offer refunds or returns, but rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How to Initiate a Return
- Returning a Product: If you need to return an item, please email us at kajalkunalcouture24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order Number
- Product Code
- Reason for Return
- A Photo of the Item You Wish to Return
Please note, returns cannot be initiated for sarees if the blouse is stitched or if Fall & Edging has been done.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at kajalkunalcouture24@gmail.com within 24 hours. We’ll take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs and Return Fees
- Shipping: We offer free shipping within India. However, for returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please ensure you send the product back with tracking information to kajalkunalcouture24@gmail.com.
Claiming Your Return
- Return Process: Please notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process to make it as smooth as possible.
Will I Get a Refund?
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund. Typically, this takes 5-7 working days. If you prefer, we can also offer a store credit instead of a refund.
What If the Customization Goes Wrong?
We understand that customizing a garment is a deeply personal process, and we want you to love the final product. If something doesn’t turn out as expected, here’s how we’ll make it right:
- Free Alterations: If you’re not completely satisfied with your customized product, we’ll make any necessary alterations at no additional cost to ensure it fits perfectly and meets your expectations.
- Replacement Option: In the rare case that alterations aren’t possible, we’ll gladly replace the product with a new one.
- Alternate Product Choice: If a replacement isn’t feasible, you can select an alternate product of equal value. We want you to leave with something you love.
- Logistics: Please note that while we cover the cost of alterations, you will be responsible for the logistics expenses, as we don’t offer pick-up services for returns.
- No Refunds for Customizations: Customized products are made just for you, so we do not offer refunds or replacements. However, if you prefer, we can issue a credit note for future purchases. Just drop us an email at kajalkunalcouture24@gmail.com.

At Kajal Kunal Clothing, quality is our top priority. We take great care to provide you with high-quality images that represent our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:
- Color Variations: Digital photography can sometimes alter the appearance of colors. Factors such as lighting conditions, weather, and even your screen settings can affect how colors are perceived. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur.
- Specific Color Considerations: Colors like blue and green, as well as iridescent hues like orange, bright pink, and purple, may look slightly different in real life compared to their digital representation. Similarly, deep colors like black, dark navy blue, and dark brown can sometimes appear similar, while pale shades like off-white, white, grey, and cream may vary depending on studio lighting during the photoshoot.
